Break, Enter, and Theft, Beardmore
Provincial Police out of Geraldton continue to investigate a break and enter to the Curling Club in Beardmore. This is just one incident of several over the past few months that police are looking into.
This break-in occurred sometime over the weekend of Friday, June the 8th and Monday, the 11th
when two doors of the Curling Club were forced open by prying on the door knobs.
Stolen were approximately 15 bottles of assorted liquor and several bottles of pop consisting of two liter “7-Up”. From evidence gathered at the scene it would appear that those responsible also consumed a good quantity of liquor in the building to the point of possible intoxification.

Officers with the Greenstone Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police out of Longlac could use your help in identifying those responsible for a break-in to a shed at an area camp.
This incident occurred sometime between the 25th of April and the 13th of May when the bolted door on the shed was forced to gain entry.
Stolen was a red “Honda” 3500 generator, a black “Magnum” ice auger, and an orange “Stihl” chainsaw. The value of these items is approximately $3,500.00.
