Break & Enter

Officers of the Oliver/Paipoonge Detachment of the Thunder Bay Police are looking for you help in identifying those responsible for a break and enter to a local business.

On Sunday June 1, 2008 Police attended at Rosslyn Service as they had been the victim of a break and enter.

Overnight person(s) unknown gained access to the compound by cutting the chain link fencing.  The culprits then moved a flatbed trailer and loaded two septic tanks onto this trailer.  Also taken was a quantity of plastic piping.  This piping was 4” diameter and 10’ in length.

The septic tanks were described as made by Equinox Industries and are only sold by Rosslyn Service for the Northwest District.  The trailer was described as a black Advantage single axle with a wire mesh loading ramp.

Witness indicated that a late 80’s early 90’s black GMC/Chevy pick up truck was observed in the area pulling a trailer on McGregor Road early Sunday morning.

If you have any information on this break and enter or have heard of someone getting a great deal on an Equinox Septic tank, call Crime Stoppers.
