The Government of the Province of Ontario is offering a reward in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the Murder of Judith “Judie” THIBAULT, age 58 years.
On November 21, 2000, Judie THIBAULT was reported missing to the Thunder Bay Police. On November 22nd, 2000, THIBAULT’S car, a 1983 Pontiac Lemans, two tone grey, Ontario Licence 058 ZWT, was located at the Intercity Shopping Plaza Center in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Thunder Bay Police conducted as extensive investigation but were unable to locate THIBAULT.
On the 26th of August, 2004, skeletal remains were located north of Hwy. 11/17, west of the town of NIPIGON, Ontario. The remains were identified as that of THIBAULT. An autopsy has confirmed that THIBAULT met her death by foul play.

Homicide
The Government of the Province of Ontario is offering a reward in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of CINDY LAURA HALLIDAY, age 17 years.
On April 21st, 1992, Easter weekend, Cindy HALLIDAY was reported missing to police. Following a large-scale search, her skeletal remains were found on June 16th, 1992, in a reforestation area in Flos Township near ELMVALE, Ontario. The investigation indicates that Cindy HALLIDAY died in April or May of 1992, as a result of foul play.
She was a frequent hitchhiker, often traveling in the area between her home in WAVERLEY, to ELMVALE, MIDLAND and BARRIE, Ontario.

Missing Person - Scott Judge
The Government of the Province of Ontario is offering a reward in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the disappearance of Scott JUDGE.
On October 1, 2003, Scott JUDGE, 38 years of age, was last seen in the bush in the Elbow Lake area near Kingston, Ontario. Hunters found many of JUDGE’s personal belongings in the area but police have not located JUDGE.

During the last week of October, 1995, Stephen DOBBIE left his mother's residence in ORILLIA, Ontario, by coach bus and went to TORONTO to visit a freind. It was Mr. DOBBIE's intention to travel to Western Canada by airplane for a ski vacation. It was undetermined how long he would stay in Western Canada, but he took a large quantity of belongings with him, including 2 sets of skis.
Mr. DOBBIE arrived in TORONTO and spent the night with a female friend. The following morning, he borrowed his friend's vehicle in order to obtain his passport from the Passport Office. As planned, he then left his friend's vehicle near the Glencairn subway station in TORONTO.
Stephen DOBBIE has not been seen or heard from since. It is unknown from passport and airline records whether Mr. DOBBIE ever obtained his passport or boarded an airplane. All investigative avenues have been exhausted to this point.

Homicide - Michelle Leeann Robichaud

known as Michelle Leeann RICHARD.
On June 24th, 2002, the body of Michelle ROBICHAUD(aka RICHARD) was found in a barn in CAMERON, Ontario. Michelle was the victim of murder.
Michelle last resided in OSHAWA, but was known to frequent the PETERBOROUGH area. Michelle’s family had not seen her since around the time of her 17th birthday in April, 2000.

Wanted
The Government of the Province of Ontario
is offering a reward in the amount of Twenty five thousand dollars
($25,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the
person responsible for a motor vehicle collision that killed three
persons and injured two others on Highway 17, between NORTH BAY and Sturgeon Falls.
On July 31st , 2005 , Brian DUGAS (37), Kim OANCIA (41) and Melanie SAVORD (15) were killed as the result of the actions of a driver in a green Ford mini-van. Following the collision, the mini-van was observed to stop for a brief period of time and then fled from the accident scene.

Homicide - Catherine Potter and Lee Kirk

responsible for the murders of 13 year old Catherine “Kathy” POTTER,
and 15 year old Lee Kirk, both of TORONTO, Ontario.
On Friday, October 1st 1971, Kathy POTTER and Lee KIRK ate supper with their foster family on Rochell Crescent in TORONTO. At about 6:30 p.m., they left home and were dropped off at the bus stop at the corner of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue in TORONTO. The two girls were going to visit Lee Kirk’s biological father in RICHMOND HILL. The girls never made it to their destination and were not seen again until Sunday, October 3rd, when their bodies were found in a gravel pit in PICKERING, Ontario.

Homicide - Brad Cromwell

On September 13th, 2002, Brad CROMWELL, age 22 years, was seen for the last time leaving on foot or on a bicycle from a party at a residence on Old River Road, 4 kms east of Rockport, Ontario. On September 14th, 2002, local residents discovered his body lying on the road, 85 meters away from the party. It is believed CROMWELL died as a result of a hit and run accident.

Missing Person - Fred Takerer

On February 23rd, 2003, Fred TAKERER, then 64 years of age, was reported missing from his residence in SEELEY’S BAY, 40 km. northeast of KINGSTON, Ontario. TAKERER has physical limitations and was not able to get around easily.
His car, a 1995 Plymouth Acclaim, was found abandoned at a bus station in KINGSTON on February 25th, 2003. Police have not been able to locate TAKERER and believe his disappearance to be suspicious.

Investigation has shown that on October 23, 1993, Shawn JONES was last seen hitching a ride into WIARTON, Ontario, with Leslie JONES, Leslie JONES was last seen in OWEN SOUND between October 26-28, 1993, with another male possibly fitting the description of Shawn JONES.
No further information has been ascertained and police have been unable to locate either person.
